In the southern state of Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul, the Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) are famous for herding cattle in the vast pastures.

Traditionally, for their meals, gauchos used the abundance of cattle and their magnificent parts of beef to create the legendary “churrasco”, where they pierce large cuts of meats in skewers and slowly roast them on an open flame, bringing out the different flavors, scents and characteristics of every piece of beef.

At Rio Brazilian Steakhouse, we kept the tradition alive and still improving upon it with the addition of a large variety of red and white meats, such as Lamb, Chicken, Pork and Fish surely to satisfy our most inner gaucho desires.
